Early Morning Elephants
We were up and out early early on Day 2 of our Masai Mara experience and our first spot was the elephants.
First Kill of the Day
The lions feast on their breakfast. It looked like the kill itself happened an hour or two earlier going by the amount remaining.
Stripped to the Bone
Remains of a past kill... Long left by the lions, hyenas, vultures and other scavengers.

Mr & Mrs Warthog
Mr & Mrs Warthog get close and pose for our camera. See more of Mr & Mrs W and junior in our video footage at the bottom of the page!
Keeping Watch
Looking very statuesque, this antelope is standing on an earth mound ... dead still... watching. We cannot for the life of us remember the type of antelope this is - please help us out!

Cool Hippos
These two hippos that have been lazily basking in the hot sun decide it is time to head for the river for a dip to cool off.
Super Snaps
This crocodile lies menacingly at the edge of the river... Awaiting the opportunity of his next meal!

Introducing...
Lynsey and me, outside left and outside right. Maxwell our fantastic driver for the 3 days and a Masai guide that joined us for the day to locate and point out more of the stunning sights.

Rare Rhino
Our long long search for the rare White Rhino finally pays off as we find him standing alone in the vastness of the Masai.
Cheetah & Baby
A fabulous moment. Mother and baby Cheetah together for this great shot.
